Privacy policy

NetPayHub collects no personal data. Every calculation runs in your browser, we set no cookies and use no analytics. The only data processed is the standard server log our host, Cloudflare, keeps to deliver and protect the site.

Who we are

NetPayHub provides free, privacy-first salary and tax calculators. This policy explains what data is — and isn't — handled when you use the site. For the technical detail of how the tools stay private, see how we protect your data.

What we collect

Nothing personal. We have no accounts, no sign-up and no database of users. The numbers you type into a calculator (salary, day rate, etc.) are processed only in your browser and are never transmitted to us or stored. A Content-Security-Policy blocks the pages from sending your inputs anywhere.

Cookies and tracking

We currently set no cookies and run no analytics or tracking scripts. If we introduce advertising in future, we will add a clear consent mechanism where required by law (for example, the GDPR and ePrivacy rules) before any non-essential cookies are used.

Hosting, server logs and IP addresses

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. As our hosting provider, Cloudflare automatically processes standard technical data — such as your IP address and basic request logs — to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. This processing is carried out by Cloudflare as part of hosting; we do not use it to identify or profile you. See Cloudflare's own privacy documentation for details on how they handle this data.

Third-party requests

None. Our fonts, styles, scripts and images are all served from our own domain — we do not load Google Fonts or any other third-party content on the calculators. This means no external provider ever sees your IP address through us, and there is nothing on the page that could read or transmit the figures you enter.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For data handled at the hosting layer (e.g. server logs), the relevant provider acts as the controller/processor for that technical data. Under the GDPR you retain your usual rights in respect of any personal data a provider holds.

Children

The site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves (for example, if advertising is added). The current version always lives here, with the "last updated" date below.
